Refund policy

Within 14 days of your purchase from Anelia Co., you can submit a return for eligible items in exchange for store credit via. email OR for a replacement item for missing or damaged product. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your return is approved, buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item is damaged or defective in which Anelia Co. will cover shipping costs. 

  • International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. We will issue store credit for the return once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse. Once you have dropped off your item(s) with the shipping carrier, please be sure to reach out to our Customer Service Team at Info@aneliaco.com with your package's return tracking number. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in-transit.
