Tracking Products:

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

Domestic Shipments:

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Allow 1-5 business days for order fulfillment, once the order ships, tracking information will be provided. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out Info@aneliaco.com as our customer service team can further assist you.
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please FIRST contact USPS or UPS (based on your tracking information), if still no resolution is provided, please contact our team via email at Info@aneliaco.com and we can further assist you.

**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or for packages shipped to an address with an error on the customers behalf (Including but not limited to incorrect address or zip code. Missing or incorrect apartment or unit number. "Auto"-filled address at the time of checkout that may be an out of date address). If you note an address error please contact us immediately, once your order has departed from our fulfillment center, we are no longer able to make any changes. 

International shipments:

International shipments can take up to 20-25 business days to be delivered.

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.
